Who are Copper?
Copper are a digital direct marketing agency made up of a small group of passionate and creative individuals based in London, UK. We understand digital and having come from all different industries have a breadth of experience. Our clients include an interesting and challenging mix of international charities, B2B organisations, small family businesses and bands.
Why 'Copper'?
Copper got their name from the orangey peachy pinkish malleable metal copper. Copper(the metal, not us) has played a significant part in the history of mankind and was known to some of the oldest civilizations on record, with a history of use that is at least 10,000 years old. Some estimates of copper's discovery place this event around 9000 BC in the Middle East. In the early 1800s, it was discovered that copper wire could be used as a conductor, but it wasn't until 1990 that copper, in oxide form, was discovered for use as a superconducting material. It's this quality that gave the inspiration for our name given our dependance on copper wire for modern day communication.
As well as it's significance in communication copper also has a significant presence in decorative art.
