Welcome!! Making new prospects feel warm and fuzzy

Imagine if each time you introduced yourself to someone new you were ignored. As we're about to welcome in the new year we've been thinking about welcome email programmes and bouncebacks for a couple of our clients. Welcome emails are often forgotten but we can't stress enough how important they are in the relationship cycle.
