To us, digital engagement is all about encouraging an individual to perform an action through a digital channel(email, web, mobile, social) which brings them closer to a brand. This action might be clicking a link in an email, commenting on facebook or referring a friend.

Digital communications, conversations and content all play their own part in developing a relationship and when they work together they can all be much more effective.
Communications
Email, SMS, RSS are forms of communications which you might send out to your audience. Communications often start a conversation or a journey with the aim of increasing the engagement in some way. This might be through greater understanding or taking an action.
Conversations
Conversations are a two way dialogue you have with your audience and your audience have with each other. This might be through forums, communities or on social networks. Conversations allow you to understand more about your audience and interact with them.
Content
Websites are the most common way to display content. These might include videos, stories, photos, news items, games, podcasts and blogs and are what your audience visit or click through to from an email. It’s often your content that will help make that final conversion encouraging engagement.
