As an increasingly major player in the postal market Post-Switch.com needed to keep their customers up to date with Royal Mail strike action. We managed to quickly turn around a series of emails that informed their clients what was happening with the strikes and also how they can avoid getting their mail stuck in the system. Interestingly the emails had a very large forward rate showing that their emails were timely and informative.
